Honey-Rosemary Blue Cheese Canapes

I received two packages of Kitchen Table Bakers‘ Parmesan Crisps in the mail recently, and my mind immediately went to making fun little hors d’oeuvres with them. The crisps, made entirely from Parmesan cheese, are like a thin chip packed with a bunch of delicious cheesy flavor. So why not add a little more cheese on top?

Ingredients:
Kitchen Table Bakers Rosemary Parmesan Crisps
Blue Cheese
Honey
Fresh Rosemary
Place the Rosemary Parmesan Crisps on a platter. Cut the blue cheese into quarter-sized pieces and place on top of the crisps. Heat the honey in the microwave (top off) for 10 seconds to make drizzling easier. Drizzle the crisp with honey and top with two fresh rosemary leaves.

Easy. Simple. Elegant. And yummy!

The crisps are really tasty. Honestly, they’d be awesome on their own! But they are pretty darn delicious when topped with blue cheese, honey, and rosemary.

These would be perfect bites for a party. I will have more posts in the future using the rosemary crisps, and other crisps, but you can also enjoy them with soup, crumbled over a salad, or just with a glass of wine.

Unfortunately I do not know the recipe for the crisps. As a substitute you could try rosemary pita chips or thinly sliced bread toasted with parmesan and rosemary.
