Warm Buttered Radish and Edamame Salad

I have been thinking about this Warm Buttered Radish and Edamame Salad since I made it.

This recipe for Warm Buttered Radish and Edamame Salad is so unbelievably good!

Warm Buttered Radish and Edamame Salad

This recipe pairs perfectly with Dijon-Herb Crusted Salmon with Creamy Dill Sauce, and only takes a few minutes to make. I already have this back on the menu for this week!

Warm Buttered Radish and Edamame Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 cup radishes, quartered
  • 1/2 cup frozen shelled edamame
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
  • 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Quarter the radishes.

Melt the butter in a medium saute pan over medium high heat. Add in the radishes and cook for 4 minutes or until tender.

Add in the edamame and cook for 1-2 minutes or until thawed.

Remove from heat and stir in the chopped chives, salt, and black pepper.

Serve as a side dish.

I’ve never had edamame like this before, but I’m definitely a convert. I love that this took just 5 minutes to make too!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons unsalted butter

  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
  • 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a medium saute pan over medium high heat.
  2. Add in the radishes and cook for 4 minutes or until tender.
  3. Add in the edamame and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the chopped chives, salt, and black pepper.
