I have a good feeling my posts will be numerous tomorrow. The lovely city of Philadelphia is being hit with its first snow storm of the season. In true Philadelphia spirit, I was completely unprepared for this storm and refused to enter a supermarket today (here’s hoping Reading Terminal is open tomorrow!) but I thankfully made a batch of beef enchiladas Thursday and individually froze them.
