1tablespooncanola oil

¼cupchopped scallions
2cupscooked rice
Instructions
To make the Honey Glazed Orange Ginger Shrimp, first marinate your shrimp. Add the garlic, ginger, Chinese five-spice powder, and soy sauce in a medium sized bowl, whisking to combine.
Add in the shrimp and toss to fully coat. Cover and let marinate for 20 minutes.
While waiting for the shrimp to marinate, make your rice.
Combine the orange juice and honey in a small bowl.
Whisk in the cornstarch until it is fully dissolved.
When the shrimp is done marinating, heat the oil in a large saute pan or wok over high heat.
Add in the marinated shrimp using a slotted spoon or tongs. Saute for 2 to 4 minutes, or until the shrimp turn pink. Discard the remaining marinade.
Once the shrimp are pink, pour in the orange-honey cornstarch mixture into the pan with the shrimp.
Stir continuously for 1 to 2 minutes, until the sauce thickens into a glossy glaze coating the shrimp. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
To serve, add the rice to a bowl. Using a slotted spoon or tongs, top with the shrimp. then drizzle with some of the orange-honey glaze. Sprinkle with some more Chinese five-spice powder and garnish with scallions.
