Ingredients

shelled pecans
1
cup
shelled walnuts
1
cup
roasted unsalted almonds
1
cup
unsalted roasted cashews
1/3
cup
pure maple syrup

tablespoons
brown sugar
lightly packed

tablespoons
ground cinnamon
1/2
tablespoon
salt
1/4
teaspoon
ground ginger
1/4
teaspoon
ground cardamom
1/4
teaspoon
ground nutmeg
1/4
teaspoon
ground cloves
Instructions
To make, preheat your oven to 375 degrees F.
Add the nuts to a sheet pan lined with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
Follow with the remaining ingredients.
Stir to evenly coat.
Then, spread into an even layer.
Add to your oven for 12 minutes at 375 degrees F.
Remove and carefully stir.
Let cool, stirring occasionally to break up any stuck pieces.
