Graeter’s Ice Cream of your choice
(I suggest Bourbon Pecan Chocolate Chip or Original Salted Caramel)
2
bottles of Not Your Father’s Root Beer
Whipped cream
optional
Chocolate syrup

Instructions
Root beer floats are oh so easy to make. Scoop out 1/2 cup ice cream of your choice into a glass.
Carefully fill with 1/2 alcoholic root beer.
It will bubble up at it hits the ice cream, so you may need to stop and fill up a bit more once it calms down.
Top with whipped cream and chocolate syrup, if desired.
