Hi Elizabeth! I used the Belgian Waffle Mix because that’s what came in the kit (rather than Krusteaz’ blueberry pancake mix) and I figured it would work out just fine! 🙂 Krusteaz’ blueberry pancake mix would be a very easy substitute in this recipe!
