Hi Ann! Did you use my recipe above, or the one from Cooking Light?
I adjusted the temperature of the oven and also the time for roasting from the original recipe because it seemed quite long for how high the oven was set. I&#039;m guessing that the combination of time and temperature might have contributed to it burning?]]></description>

I assumed it was the sugars in the tomatoes that seeped out and just burned to a crisp.  Did you have this problem?  Any tips to avoid it?]]></description>
