Cassis…1883 Routin Blackcurrant Syrup… will you please review this ? Blackcurrant is a SO unique flavor which Americans need some encouragement to try. I’m trying to find a tasty syrup. You turbo charge classic formats into wonderful, refreshing libations. Reason for my seemingly OCD search for a GREAT cassis is I brought a liter from Paris and was SO amazed by its compelling flavor notes. I was VERY stingy and hid the beautiful printed can in my scary rock basement. ONLY the MOST special person was offered some. It ran out… leaving me dejected.
