					<description><![CDATA[I love this recipe! It is how my grandma made her escarole. I don&#039;t think she used lemon ... maybe parmigiana cheese?? We would get crispy Italian bread, dip the inside of the bread into the garlic sauce and then make an escarole sandwich.  It was so delicious!! I think it is time to make this old world classic again! Thanks for the memory Kait!!]]></description>
